Fresh off a second-place finish at the 2022 U.S. Open, World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler leads the field this week at TPC River Highlands, while 2021 winner Harris English will look to defend his title in his third start since having hip surgery in February. However, with the top three players in the FedExCup Standings also in action, the Georgian will face stiff competition. These include Rory McIlroy, who will be full of confidence after defending his title at the RBC Canadian Open and subsequently finishing an impressive T5 at the U.S. Open. Sam Burns will be looking to continue his remarkable form, which has already seen him win three times on the PGA TOUR this season at the Sanderson Farms Championship, the Valspar Championship and the Charles Schwab Challenge. Other notable names to keep an eye on include FedExCup champion Patrick Cantlay, Jordan Spieth and Tommy Fleetwood.

I was watching commercials today and CBS kept breaking in with one or maybe two golf shots. Then back to my commercials.
The more I watch the ‘Tiger babies’ play, the more we realize Tiger is as rare as Michaelangelo & da Vinci.
Who honestly cares about anyone on this leaderboard? The concern the PGA should have is that the PGA tour currently have a crop of young players that while talented, have all the charisma of sliced brown bread.
Speith? Thomas? Cantlay? Rahm? Yes they play great golf, but I would rather watch paint dry than an interview of those Ambien sponsors.
And dont get me started on that mouthy brown nosed woke boy we call Rory. Can't stand the sight of him.
LIV have taken everyone with a personality and charisma. And that is something a score cannot replicate and why Jay Monaghan suddenly 'found' over $54m in additional prize money and is losing his mind like a spoiled child with his toys taken away.
