Piers Morgan Uncensored is joined by nine-time Wimbledon winner Martina Navratilova to talk about tennis, trans athletes and Emma Raducanu’s performance.
Piers brings up Tom Daley and Megan Rapinoe taking to social media to express their ‘outrage’ of trans athletes not being allowed to compete and Martina explains the biological advantage that comes with growing up in a male body, saying “sports biology matters”. Piers also brings up the fact that Martina’s former tennis coach Renee Richards is trans and Martina says Renee agrees with her stance on the issue.
They then go on to discuss Emma’s win at Wimbledon against Alison van Uytvanck and whether she has a chance of winning the whole contest. Martina believes she doesn’t, telling Piers her forehand is not strong enough and she is not fit enough. She also thinks letting go of the coach who helped her win the US Open was a mistake.

I am completely agree with Navratilova about what she was thinking about. About Raducanu I had the same point of view: she doesn't have the tennis right now to win Wimbledon, at least that she starts to play like she did in US open last year.

I like Martina also have huge respect for her. At last someone who is well known and respected who actually had a great talent speaking out against this Crap around so called “ Trans Women” . I don’t think Emma will win Wimbledon this time around but who knows. I feel for Emma this always happens the Media builds young up and coming people up then when the slightest thing goes wrong tears them down it’s not on. I wish Martina & Emma well.

Martina was speaking from a technical aspect regarding Emma's current ability.
Martina was very affirming regarding Emma.
Piers is a total jerk, but Martina is too smart and so avoids telling him outright and manages to also not denigrate her sex at the same time.
