16. She deserves all the credits in terms of fighting spirit. But she needs to improve her temper tantrum in difficult moments. And if she calls it the end, she needs to apologize to these umpires n linesmen n all the tour officials n spectators who got some degree of bullying retorts or gestures from her during her active years in tennis. Shield, the best female boxer. has once been hurt by her unfriendly gesture when Shield came to her as a huge fan. Positive Public image is a huge factor to be a good role model as shown by FedEx n Nadal n Sampras n Agassi.

17. P.S. Serena was up 4-0 in 3rd set tie break and lost 10 of next 13 points. That is what truly cost her. You can also point to the missed opportunity when she was up 6-5 and missed that "bunny".
