people toalien,UFOThere has always been great interest in it, and there are many voluntary UFO research institutions among the private sector in various countries. France has also established a full-time “UFO” research institution that relies on government funding. It is also the only country in Europe to have such an institution. If the French discover a suspected UFO, they can call the government department, and experts will conduct careful investigation, follow-up and identification.
Space Unexplained Phenomena Research Group
The French UFO Research Group has four employees and about 10 volunteers. Their travel expenses can be reimbursed to go to the field to investigate strange phenomena or mysterious objects in the sky. This group is called GEPNA, the French acronym for “Group for Research on Unexplained Space Phenomena”.
GEPNA publishes its findings on its website. The group receives an average of two reports of UFO sightings every day. They insist on filling out an 11-page document for each case.
If someone claims to have seen a strange light or phenomenon in the sky, the team may go online to find out if the location is on a flight path. They can track commercial air traffic over the past more than a week. Also check out military aviation tracks.
One of their offices holds archives dating back to the 1950s, including records of fighter pilots who saw strange phenomena in the sky during routine reconnaissance missions.
Since the 1970s, there have been a total of 400 UFO sightings that the research team has been unable to provide an explanation for. Especially the case of the UFO landing in Provence in 1981, they are still taking it seriously because there are not only traces of the landing, but also many witnesses.
Provence UFO Incident
In 1981, in Provence, a region in southeastern France, a farmer saw a 2.5-meter-diameter silver-gray flying saucer land in a field and then fly away, leaving burn marks.
On January 8 of that year, a flying saucer floated down beside a road in Provence. M. Nicholas, who was in his 60s, witnessed this strange scene.
Mr. Nicholas was only 80 meters away from the flying saucer. According to his observation, it was an oval-shaped object that seemed to be made of two hemispheres joined together, with an obvious wide band in the middle. Soon, the object began to rise, raising a cloud of dust and a slight hissing sound, then suddenly accelerated and disappeared in an instant. Mr. Nikolai heard no rumble from the motor, no heat waves, no vibrations in the air, or any discomfort.
According to the investigation of the Unknown Cosmic Phenomenon Research Group of the French National Center for Space Research, it was found that there is a nearly round concave surface on the hard ground, with a diameter of 2.4 meters, and a small circle inside the circle. The indentation is clear and complete, and the stones in the circle are embedded. The surface of the soil and some stones is gray and black, as if it has been polished by metal. The weeds in the indentation circle are dead and have a certain direction. Outside the circle, the imprint of a metal sole is faintly visible.
The results of the plant analysis were even more astonishing. The plant pigments on the indentation significantly faded, with chlorophyll A reduced by 33%, vitamin B reduced by 28%, and carotene reduced by 50 to 70%. The farther away from the center, the more chlorophyll in the plant, the better the photosynthesis, and the sucrose content is reduced, by 15% for old leaves and 25% for new leaves.
There was no nuclear radiation at the accident site, but it was believed that the site had been affected by a strong electromagnetic field.
Former US President Saw UFO
Although many people claim to have seen UFOs, when a former US president claims to have seen one, the credibility is completely different. When former President Carter was the governor of Georgia more than 30 years ago, he submitted two official reports to some UFO research organizations, saying that he had seen UFOs.
January 22, 1969, was a happy night for Carter at the Lions Club banquet. However, suddenly a UFO flashed in front of his eyes in the sky, and it was “as bright as the moon.” As it streaked across southwestern Georgia, it glowed red and green before disappearing for 10 minutes.
Carter has always insisted on the veracity of the story. At the time, he was the first famous politician in history to insist that he had had a close encounter with a UFO. A few years after the incident, Carter said at a meeting of Southern governors: “I will no longer laugh at those who say they have seen a UFO, because I have seen one myself.”
UK and US declassify UFO files
In March 2001, the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) declassified UFO files on a large scale for the first time, including the first UFO sighting in the United States in 1947 – nine saucer-shaped flying objects were seen in the sky over Washington State in June 1947. The time to solve the mystery case was until 1991.
In February 2008, the British Ministry of Defense released the first batch of UFO files. One of the UFO incidents considered the most credible was the UFO seen by many officers of the Royal Air Force in Northumberland in 1977. At that time, a giant luminous round UFO was suspended in the sea, and then separated and transformed. Part of it became like a body with arms and legs. This mysterious object was also detected by radar.
In March 2011, the United Kingdom released UFO files from 1997 to 2005. Among them, witnesses claimed to have seen aliens in London in 1989, which looked like a blue banana with arms and legs.
The UK and Denmark also had UFO offices, which were later closed due to budget cuts.
