  1. You can tell by the comments alot of people don’t understand nor can they afford to live in a Discovery Land Property. Just say your broke.

  2. Canopy is mandatory on the golf cart if you're playing in the desert. Without it is a death wish.

  3. This one is a little underwhelming if you ask me. Biggest perks seem to be the privacy and exclusivity . . .

  4. Just found this series, but I really enjoy seeing the various setups of the courses half way houses. I would love to see Japanese golf courses one day

  5. Well done Iona! Really enjoy this halfway house series! Very unique idea! Love me a good halfway house but this one is next level! Course is immaculate too!

  6. GOOD VIDEO ! So happy to announce that I have gained financial freedom by investing in digital currency. Now I know that multi creation of various streams of income is the ideal Principle for financial sustainability.

  7. I don’t think this course is anything special. It’s basically in the desert with no trees and no history. Boring.

  8. Halfway house means something completely different in Canada. We would call this the field bar. A halfway house is an institute for people with criminal backgrounds or drug abuse tendencies to learn the necessary skills to re-integrate into society and better support and care for themselves.

  9. I mean this club is beautiful, but builiding a golf course in a desert is a stupid idea, because of the water wasted. And then making it only accesible to 200people is criminal.
    Classic murica.

  10. What happens to this place once Discovery Land Company sells all of the residences? These super-exclusive perks aren't sustainable unless everyone in the course community is cool with spending a small fortune annually on upkeep costs. If you did have nearly-unlimited funds and bought a place here…would you put up with the community telling you that you could only have six guests per year? It's awesome and I'd love to live/play there…but it seems like a Potemkin Village. "There's a lot of thought to get kids on the golf course. To get families on the golf course." With 200 members? Does anyone with the money to buy one of these places actually believe that, or are they just looking to enjoy it while the developer is footing the upkeep costs under their marketing budget and then sell just before the inevitable decline?

  11. I have always wanted to ask this, but for those who bring their coffee mugs into their cars and drive, why?? Travel mugs exist for a reason and you don't risk spilling anything in the cabin.
